COME EXPERIENCE KUNDALINI YOGA & GONG HEALING every Monday 7pm and Thursday 10am. Please bring yoga mat if you have one, small cushion, blanket, face towel and water. Class is only £5. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. It is practical but also very powerful. It works quickly to give you grace, balance and most of all the ability to remain calm, centered and clear through life's challenges. It balances the glandular system and strengthens the nervous system so you feel more vibrant and alive. The best part is you don't need any previous experience in yoga and it can be done sitting on a chair or on your mat. Give it a go.
