Would you like to take your self-portrait with a large format view camera? Megan will be conducting one-on-one portrait sessions to demonstrate the process behind the images in her current exhibition ‘To Touch Peace (of floating things)’ – a collection of works that discusses the artist’s experience as a gender nonconforming trans woman in a world that holds little space for diversified experiences of gender. The process will take up to 30 minutes, after which Megan will take the exposed films to be developed and then provide each participant with contact prints (4x5 inches) from their session. The sessions are £20 each (before booking fees) and all ticket sales will go directly to the artist. If you would like to take part in the session but are unable to afford the price, please email Megan about one of the limited discount codes. Booking is essential for these sessions. You can book your slot by following the eventbrite link or by dropping into Artefact.
