Description
Wirral Cloth Nappy Library is a community project to help parents learn more about the benefits of using cloth nappies and hire them to give them a try. Hiring costs
£1.50 per nappy per week for up to three nappies plus a refundable £10 deposit per nappy
Or
£1 per nappy per week for 4+ nappies (bundle) plus a refundable bundle deposit of £40.
PUL wraps are 50p
Extra inserts are 25p
Your deposit will be returned to you when you nappy kit is returned to the library.
Along with your nappies you are hiring, you will also get a wetbag to store them in and some disposable nappy liners to use.
Please wash your nappies on a cold rinse then a 40 degree wash, with half your usual amount of non-bio powder, no fabric conditioner. If your child has a bug then please wash on 60.
Cloth nappy meets (Nappuchinos) are held at The Owl Tree on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings on alternating weeks, with a timetable posted in advance.
Nappuchinos are a great chance to meet other mums and dads who use cloth nappies, discuss anything fluff related over a hot drink, as well as a chance to hire or return your trial kit.

This is why you should always have your child correctly fastened into the safest seat possible for them, keep them rear facing as long as possible. This also shows wonderfully why you shouldn’t buy car seats second hand, judging by this picture you would never know these seats had been in a crash! If you have any questions about your kids current or next car seats, send me a message and I would be more than happy to chat it over with you. Something we are often asked is wether reusable nappies are actually better for the environment than single use/disposable nappies once you factor in manufacturing etc. This graphic shows well roughly the amounts 🙂
