New years eve workout... sumo deads
The importance of having healthy food ready in the fridge. Leftover chicken new potatoes and salad from yesterday. Boiled eggs cooked off yesterday. Throw them together with some olive oil and seasoning and that is a balanced healthy lunch, carbs protein and fats. When you're cooking cook a bit more and freeze or plan for next 2 days. If you're hungry and in a rush you will snack on unhealthy food if there is nothing else available. PLAN AHEAD
