It is with great sadness that I am posting this message.But as you all know in may of this year we held a charity padathon in aid of our dear friend Natalie oliphant who was diagnosed with cancer.Sadly yesterday we received the news that Natalie had passed away.So I'd like to take this opportunity too wish all of Natalie's family and close friends our deepest condolences and best wishes in this time of great sadness.And I would also like to make the charity padathon an annual event in remembrance of Natalie with all proceeds going towards a charity of her family's choice...R.I.P NATALIE OLIPHANT "the candle that burns twice as bright,burns half as long" 🕯

Hello everybody, on Sunday 21st of May we will be holding a charity event at the gym in aid of our dear friend Natalie Oliphant who has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, it has spread too many areas of her body including her brain. We are doing a padathon from 8am-6pm which basically means we need you all too come down and hit the pads. It's going to cost you £1 per minute and you can do as many or as little minutes as you want. All money raised will go towards Natalie's future treatments. There will also be a BBQ and ice cream van on the day so bring your family's down.
