As promised to LOTS of you, Treelight Therapies are running 2 new events in August and September........ “CREATIVE THERAPY FOR ANXIETY” Sat 3rd September 10-4 £30 A full day workshop in Bexhill (including lunch) Learn lots of different techniques to help deal with your anxiety and panic attacks in a safe, supportive environment. We will cover various forms of anxiety and show you the best and most successful creative therapy methods that actually WORK. • Keep calm and get through a panic attack • Learn breathing techniques to relax • Stop negative thoughts in their tracks • Retrain the brain to positive thinking • Stop worrying about your health • Meditation & Mindfulness techniques • Sensory therapy to help with adrenaline and cortisone flooding We will finish the day with a wonderful deep, guided relaxation session and homemade cookies! You’ll walk away feeling calm, confident and in control again! “CHAKRAS, CRYSTAL HEALING & COLOUR THERAPY” Fri 26th August 7-9pm £10 An evening introducing you to the wonderful benefits of crystals and colour therapy, including hot drinks and homemade cookies. • What is crystal healing and how does it work? • How colour can be used to enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing • How to balance your chakras to bring about optimal health • The best colours for you to use to improve different areas of your life We will finish the session with a lovely deep, guided relaxation using colour, lights and crystals. You will leave feeling uplifted, warm and fuzzy! X Profits from both events will be used to help fund the Bexhill Fertility Support Group. Come September, I will also have 4 more weekly sessions available for 121 sessions in Creative Counselling, Life Coaching, Relaxation therapy or Crystal healing. We support people dealing with the heartbreak of infertility, medical issues, IVF, recurrent miscarriage and trying to adopt.
