Meet Peter! Peter is a regular customer at Cafe V, every Saturday he comes in for his lunch from his stall on Beverley market. Peter owns East Riding Country Pork and has had his stall on the market for 17 years selling a very high quality standard of meat and poultry. Peter was born into an arable farming family but his interest was in stock and at the age of 14 he bought his first 2 pigs, 3 years later he bought his first farm and developed it in to what it is now a 1000 sow breeding and fattening unit. We at Cafe V purchase our sausages, bacon and burgers from East Riding Country Pork are proud to buy from a local, independent, hard working producer.
