The Male Strength Bootcamp is back in full flow next week and I'm taking on a few new guys to smash some strength goals. The program aims to get people moving properly & get you fit using metabolic conditioning training for the first 4 weeks. Few years of a difference. Ideas and dreams are nothing without actions behind them. I always write down my goals so I can put it in front of me. I absolutely love the journey and the hard work that is needed to hit your goals. The Gain Forth gym is finally starting to come together step by step, it took me almost 4 years to build it up and I'm still not done. I have rattled through a massive 'to do list' and the rest of my list is even longer. Time to redesign and keep moving forward. New chapter begins.
Hi Folks, the strength gym is closed tonight and tomorrow morning / afternoon. We've got a lot of work done and the gym is in a dangerous way at the moment and I don't want people navigating around tools etc.

Consistency is key when you want results. It Doesn't matter if it's fat loss, strength or any goal you want to achieve in life. You need to consistently show up and do the work to get the results. You don't get strong overnight. The amount of fat you have gained over the past 10 years will not magically disappear in a 6 week program. You allowed yourself years to get unfit, so give yourself a fighting chance and give your body the same amount of time to get fit and happy again. Consistently show up and chip off a little at a time. Do the work and enjoy the rewards. #GainForth
🍟🍔🍕🌭Nutrition Workshop Seminar🥘🥗🍇🍎 After our last nutrition post, this topic has come up a lot with people really struggling to grasp nutrition. I will be launching an amazing new Nutrition Workshop Seminar in Gain Forth for the gym members or anyone struggling to come along and get to grips with their nutritional needs. ☀️ This will be a completely interactive 2.5 hour workshop. ☀️ We're going to cover all the major questions I get every day from members. ☀️ We're going to have a weigh in and set specific calories and macros for each individual person. ☀️ Presentation on the fundamental principles of nutrition in a gym based environment. ☀️ Recipe share ideas for low calorie meals. ☀️ Then finish with a Q&A to make sure we have a complete understanding of how we're going forward with everything relating to nutrition. ☀️ Held in our Gain Forth Teaching Academy Classroom. <<< DIET PLANS >>> This is a huge problem across the fitness industry. 'Can you give me a diet plan?' The simple answer is NO, Personal Trainers are not qualified to give you a diet plan. Unless they are a qualified dietician or nutritionist the answer is still no. Personal Trainers are only there to give advice and point you in the right direction. However a great way to get started for Muscle Building or start a Fat Loss journey is consistency. Don't waste tons of money on fancy supplements (most of which don't work) All you need to do is give your trainer a consistent target to work from. If you are thinking about starting to Personal Train then download my fitness pal and try and consistently track the foods you eat every day. Good or Bad, it doesn't matter. Start simple, Consistently track everything you eat and show your trainer. This will kickstart your fitness journey off to a massive headstart and save you money in the long run. If you can't eat a set amount of calories every single day, e.g. 2000 Calories on a Monday, 2000 on Tuesday 2000 on Wednesday 2000 on Thursday 2000 on Friday then relax a little on the weekends If you can't do this then that is the place to start working on, not fancy supplements, new gym clothes or gym selfies. Consistency is of massive importance when it comes to nutrition & Training. Track 1 day, then 2 days then 4 days.. Take it one step at a time. Gym owner Brendan Conlon is currently 1/2 way through his Nutrition degree and will be offering 30 People a FREE 2 HOUR DIET CONSULTATION as part of his 'clinic hours' required to complete the course so keep an eye out for the sign-up page in a few months to get your name down if you are looking a full nutrition consultation! #GainForth
