facebook.comWell done to all of our members smashing their deadlift 1 rep max this week at the end of their strength block of training 👏🏻 having tested their 1 rep max at the start of the block our members have stuck to their personalised programmes and when tested again this week all of them lifted heavier 💪🏻 Our Strength and accessories class includes technique work on all the main lifts, 1 rep max tests and personalised programmes - perfect for those who are new to lifting weights or those who are looking for some more structure to their training. Another block of Personal Training in the bag for John 💪🏻 no doubt he his stronger and moving better but an interesting change has been his waist to hip ratio. When John first started the difference between the two was just 2cm but he has now increased it to 6cm by trimming down his middle and putting lean muscle on around his hips. This is crucial at Johns age as it lowers the risk of coronary heart disease, diabetes and other health problems associated with stomach fat.
