Welcome to our state of the art personal training studio - 'It All Starts Here' Our studio is available for any and every personal trainer that is looking for a professional, well equipped, private space to train their clients. Our studio is packed full of free weights, TRX, fixed weights, cardio equipment, a timer, a squat and deadlift area, kettlebells and more. The first month is FREE for new trainers, so if you want to come along and try our the space or you just fancy mixing it up and impressing your current clients, email kelly@goldsgymbedford.com to get started and book your slots. Also feel free to pop down to Gold's Gym Bedford for a tour of the studio anytime! Our opening times are as follows: Mon-Fri: 06:00 - 22:00 Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00 Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Whatever you'd like to use our studio for, whether it's a specific type of training or even a small class, let us know and we'll set it up to your specifications.
