Just back from a great working day choosing Masai Clothing from their extensive Winter Collection. There are lots of new shapes and the colours are beautiful. We are delighted that we have now secured a larger venue, The Phipps Hall in Beauly, for Diana Gabaldon's Talk with Q&A on Sunday 14th May. This means we have more tickets available for sale in aid of the Highland Hospice - an amazing charity, very dear to us all! Don't worry if you don't manage to get a ticket to the Talk with Q&A because Diana will be doing a book signing in our new Book Department in our shop afterwards. Ok. You see how busy, busy, busy we are planning what to stock in our new Book Department and guess what? The beautiful and wildly talented Diana Gabaldon, author of the uber cool phenomenon Outlander, kindly agrees to open our new Book Department. So peeps. We're launching our new Book Department on 14th May and Ms Gabaldon will kindly give a Talk with Questions and Answers (tickets required for this part). This will be followed by a book signing of her books bought in our shop for as many as we can get through in an hour. As an award winning shop, our principal aim is to please our customers by giving top class service, attention to detail and the most beautiful offering of gifts, home wares and ladies clothing in The Highlands. Each position comprises a 2 to 3 day commitment per week, increasing significantly in the intensive run up to Christmas. We are looking for well spoken, kind, intelligent, like minded individuals with a mature approach. The positions involve keeping our shop and goods sparklingly clean, engaging with our wonderful customers, processing new goods in, attending to our website sales and assisting us with our innovative social media campaigns.
