Large en-suite bathroom refit completed. Full strip out, removed partition wall, alter plumbing, new lighting and extractor fan, plastering, tiling, skirting and new sanitary ware. Customer supplied the sanitary ware and carried out the decorating. Thanks too @GFplastering and R.Cosgrave Electrical Ltd

It’s not just bathrooms we do. Boiler installation today, old combi boiler removed and new Worcester combi boiler fitted. Back tomorrow to fit 2 new radiators in the extension.

En-suite bathroom strip out today. Full strip out, wall down. All ready for plumbing first fix, new ceiling, electrics, tile preparation and plastering this week.

The latest bathroom all ready to tile. It’s been a busy 6 days to get too this point but it’s coming along nicely. Thanks to R.Cosgrave Electrical Ltd and GF Plastering for the electrics and plastering completed.

Another bathroom completed. Full strip out of the old bathroom suite and tiles, floor replaced due to rotten chipboard hiding under the old flooring, fully plastered, fully tiled walls, new lighting and extractor fan, new vinyl flooring, new bathroom suite and towel rail. Busy few days. Bathroom suite and tiles fully stripped out, shower pipework chased into the walls, towel rail pipework chased into the walls, basin and toilet feeds moved, all chases bonded. Ceiling over boarded ready to plaster. Shower pump fitted. Rotten floor removed and replaced, they ply lined for vinyl flooring, bath installed. And heavily limescale in the cold water storage tank cleaned out. All ready for plastering and the tiling next week.
