Waters' Edge Visitor Centre & Country Park
Description
One of the 'greenest' attractions in the UK, with an abundance of wildlife, events all year round and plenty for the whole family to do! Waters' Edge Visitor Centre is set in 86 acres of country park against the stunning backdrop of the Humber Bridge. The Centre boasts a free Kids Corner, with giant games and a reading corner, as well as interactive displays for the whole family to enjoy. While you're here, feed our friendly ducks with seed on sale from the Visitor Centre, escape from the hustle and bustle on one of our relaxing walks, and visit our two children's outdoor play areas. When you have worn yourself out, why not treat yourself to a tasty homemade meal or snack and hot drink from the Honey Pot Cafe!
The Park and Centre is free admission and there is ample free car parking as you enter the country park on the left hand side.
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm

BBC Look North presenter Peter Levy will have the daunting task of kayaking across the Humber tomorrow in aid of Sport Relief. He will be leaving from the Haven right by Waters' Edge at approximately 10:45am. Our site is the perfect spot for anybody wishing to come down and cheer him on!

It's just over two weeks to go until our Easter Craft Fair! We will have a whole host of local makers here over the Easter Weekend so why not pay us a visit to browse the stalls and pick up some lovely handmade items.

A children's floral workshop just in time for Mothers's Day. Hannah from Flower Bee will show the children how to make a lovely floral display that would make a lovely gift for Mothering Sunday. Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times throughout the workshop. The cost is £15 per child. To book a place please call 01652 631500.
