We are super excited to give Ironettes its own logo! 💕 Our Women's Only Weight Lifting Club has been running for 8 months now 💫 Its response from local ladies has been amazing. The classes are designed for beginners to intermediates. In the sessions we work on: 🌈Olympic Lifting 🍒Compound Exercises 💋Dummbell and Barbel exercises and variations 🥇Goal setting 💯Technique, video and picture analysis coaching 👙Benefits of weight training 🌸Overcoming plateaus and progressive overload. Plus many more❗️ The sessions are social, supportive and educational. They are to provide confidence and understanding of how to lift effectively. Each session is different to motivate and drive commitment. We have a great laugh and 💕 coaching these sessions! For more information drop us a message! Let’s talk about INTENSITY! Ask yourselves a few questions. Do you feel like you’ve hit a plateau❓ Can you honestly say you give 100% in training❓ Do you want to achieve your goals❓ Ask yourself these three questions and be completely honest with yourself, we need to find what’s holding you back. Haven’t achieved a goal yet? It call come down to INTENSITY and if YOU WANT IT BAD ENOUGH! Is the goal you set false? Does it really matter if you achieve it or not? Will you DO WHAT IT TAKES to achieve it? I agree not all workouts you can give 100% and sometimes its just about getting to the gym. But when we’re talking about results and achieving goals, you need a PURPOSE and a DRIVING FORCE behind the meaning of achieving a goal. So get that goal set and give 100% in your workouts! If you can say your doing this then the results will come!
