The Kelpie Café is located in Banff Castle grounds, there is a good sized carpark beside the entrance. a Small quiet unique Café offering home made food The Kelpie Café is located in the ground of Banff castle and has recently reopened. Banff day services was commissioned by Banff castle association to open the café to vistors of the castle. This project was developed by the IDEA initiative promoting community based day services through partnership working.

Competition time!! As you will know our Grotto is coming up- so we decided we'd run a little competition. The winner will get a lovely fly cup at the Kelpie for a family of 4, with Coffee/Tea + Scones/Pancakes... But that's not all, They'll also get 2 tickets for the kids to see around our Grotto & visit Santa. - All you've got to do is "LIKE & SHARE THIS POST" By next Monday (13th). From Tuesday(7th) you'll be able to pop into the kelpie or message us online to arrange booking your space for the Grotto.

Since we opened our doors in January 2014 we’ve grown, adding more to our menu and more activities for children outside - if it wasn’t for our amazing customers we wouldn’t of made it in to “The Best Lunches” in the shire.
