EP Gym and CrossFit Banbury are going to partake in a team rough runner event at Great Tew on Saturday 19th May🏃🏼♂️ We will be raising money for Kathrine House Hospice, the idea is to raise as much money as we possibly can, which means we need YOU👈🏾 If you are a member or not a member you will receive 6 weeks free training for this upcoming event. 😛 Training will start on Tuesday April the 10th at 7:40 and then run for 6 weeks every Tuesday.
