NI Fitness Show kicked off with a battle of the Guns between me The Transformation KID, and the awesome Beeezer Geeeezer Joe Wicks The Body Coach....what an epic event!!💪💪💪💪💪👊😜 In all seriousness though it was awesome to see so many people turn up that interested in getting FIT & HEALTHY!!🥦🥗💯 Was such a great atmosphere, and one filled with like minded people all wanting to better themselves. Refreshing to be in a place with so many people all on a mission, and enjoying the buzz of a healthy lifestyle.💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃💪 I’m always happy to see anyone trying to become the best version of themselves possible, and I don’t care if it’s with me, the next Personal trainer, going to fitness classes, doing the online thing, or just getting outside and walking....as long as people are eating good, looking after their body, and staying active then that’s all that matters KIDS!!💪🥗🥦💯🌍💋

💯9 WEEKS WITH THE TRANSFORMATION KID💯 ⭐️You can make a BIG difference quickly, with the right balance in both your eating, and your training if it's tailored to you as an individual. This was training with me 1 sessions per week, as part of the ONLINE PLAN for 10 weeks⭐️ I’d like to introduce the beautiful Maeve Johnston (aka KID READY FOR THE STAGE). Maeve came to me with little to no gym experience, or any real nutritional know how....but she wanted badly to make a difference, so off we set on her journey of theatrical awesomeness into the world of HEALTH & FITNESS!!!!🍗🥗🍎🥦💪 STATISTICS Body fat loss - 2 stone 9lbs (a mixture of body toxins, water retention, and deep fat adipose tissue). Muscle mass added - 9 lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water muscle cell mass). VO2 Max - greatly increased due to a combination of tailored MRT circuits, short burst high intensity cardio, and full use of all the training systems during resistance training. 💪ONCE YOU GO STRONG YOU CAN’T GO WRONG💪 💯6 WEEKS TRANSFORMATION WITH T-KID💯 Check out my latest recruit, and her amazing transformation. The awesomely talented Katrina Quinn (aka KID TONAGE!!💪💪💪💃) came to me to get fit & healthy, and change her eating habits which left her feeling drained, moody, and making her body bloated & holding onto water retention. She wasn’t too fussed on how her body looked at the end, but was happy enough if she just looked a little more toned, and felt good in her body again. Like many other people Katrina had attempted other forms of eating/training in the past to no avail. So all I helped her do was find a format that wasn’t too extreme, and would allow her to sustain a new healthy lifestyle!💪💃💯 Really happy with this result. Katrina has really found a healthy sustainable way to get, and keep herself in shape for the foreseeable future. She wasn’t deprived, she wasn’t hungry, and she was still allowed to live her life to achieve this great result. Katrina still went out with her friends, and still had the occasional drink so she wasn’t completely restricted, so it worked for her perfectly. Katrina did however work really hard, ate good 90% of the time, and kept positive for the duration. What do you see when you look in the mirror. I know one thing for sure I see something very different to what I use to see. It didn’t always look this positive and healthy for me. Once upon a time my life looked very different indeed, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same for a lot of people out there. I worked hard to get to where I’m at now, and I’m not talking solely about my physical appearance. Over the past 10 or so years I’ve experienced a full metaphysical overhaul, seeing both my mental attitude, and my physicality improve vastly. It didn’t happen over night like a lot of people assume, and a lot of the time for many others the journey is difficult, and filled with temptation along the way. But today I stand knowing who I am better than I ever have, and happier with where I am also....something that might not have been the case many years ago. All of us have the ability to improve our health, our bodies, and our brains. But the first step is to have the drive to know that there is no quick fix, if you want to do it right it’s a long time in the making, it’s a difficult journey, but one that’s definitely worth while, and far better than the alternative one. Even for me 10 years on I still crave things from the past, I still get tempted by junk food in a daily basis (the temptation never leaves), but I just say no these days more than I say yes. I’m not telling everyone to cut out everything bad, I’m just saying once you show your body a bit more respect, and treat it with a little more care, it will thank you for it. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL AMAZING MUMS TO MY MUM To my mum who stood by me through all the hard times. To my mum who gave me a thousand chances, and more to do the right thing. To my mum that made me do all those things I didn’t want to do when I was younger (like go to school to get an education). To my mum that taught me that life is all about being fair, staying positive through the hard times, and treating people the way I would like to be treated myself. To my mum for making me a gentlemen, and teaching me that woman should be treated with respect, love, and care. To my mum for showing me that woman are strong, determined, focused, and intelligent. To my mum that spent her last pennies making sure I was always dressed smart in the best of clothes, even though it left her buying whatever did the job. To my mum that always made sure there was food on the table for me my brother and my sister, even if she had to miss the occasional meal. To my mum who taught me to eat well, and look after my body. To my mum who never stops caring, loving, and does everything selflessly for her family first. To my mum for putting up with me over all the years, even though she didn’t have to (but I’m glad she did). To my mum for making me a man that wants to make people better themselves like she did for me. 💃INTERNATIONAL WOMANS DAY💃 I’d just like to give a big shout out to all the amazing ladies out there!!💋💋💋 There’s so much to talk about, and admire of woman....the word INSPIRATIONAL comes to mind....I think a lot of you out there don’t get enough credit for how AWESOME you actually are!!!🌏💪💃 Woman are so inspiring, and have such a big impact on this world (I mean we wouldn’t even be around if it wasn’t for them). It’s so good to see that in this day and age that woman are getting all the credit they deserve, and I personally don’t think they can be praised enough. With my job I hear so many inspiring stories from my female clients who have struggles that most people couldn’t even comprehend, but they push on through them without hesitation to come out the other side stronger. Woman are resilient, determined, intelligent, beautiful, and a force to be reckoned with (and they’re also needed to keep us bad boys in line😆). ⭐️MAN TO BEAST IN 4 WEEKS WITH T-KID⭐️ Ciaran Mclarnon (aka KID HULK SMASH!!💪💪💪) came to me with the initial idea of putting on some muscle. His main concern was weight, and he actually wasn’t too concerned if with that weight came body fat, as all he wanted was mass. I convinced him that he should go for the slower lean bulk as this would leave him adding as little body fat as possible whilst he packed on the pounds of muscle. Not only has he increased his solid mass (deep striation muscle tissue), he has also managed to decrease his body fat in the first weeks. This is great for the journey ahead as it will see him adding further muscle with a lean frame keeping body fat adage to a minimum. As it is easy to see Ciaran has added plenty of muscle in a short space of time, and looks strong and healthy while doing so.💯👍👌 Another thing Ciaran wanted was to increase his strength, and I wanted to make sure he did as he has been training with weight for years and deserved to see some gains for all his hard work. For example he had never been able to do weighted dips over 40kg, and 4 weeks into his transformation has already managed 50kg!!💪💪💪 Well what can I say the man/beast has surpassed himself here with an incredible change in a really short space of time. 💯12 WEEKS WITH THE TRANSFORMATION KID💯 ⭐️This young man followed an eating/training plan (That contained all the food groups, and an easy to follow training program). He was allowed to have some of the naughtier foods every weekend...and he went out at Christmas, and New Years, and even had 2 sneaky holidays to Amsterdam over the course of his transformation⭐️ I’d like to introduce Fintan Averell (aka KID KICKBOXER!!!💪💪💪💪). Fintan came to me to shift some body fat, and build some muscle after he’d seen how well his beautiful girlfriend Daire, and her awesome sister Megan had done in their transformations. In actual fact he joined me with Daire & Megan to train alongside them.....they couldn’t stay away from me!!💪💪💪💪👊😜lol STATISTICS Weight loss - 2 stone 5lbs Muscle mass added - 13 lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water muscle cell mass). Do you want this to be your year. Get outside more. Make better decisions that will affect you in a positive way. Do things that will make you happy, make you smile more, new exciting things. Get rid of anything you don’t need in life, clear out the people, and things that hold you back. Unfollow anyone that brings you down, or anyone that doesn’t like you on social media. Start getting to bed earlier, and waking up earlier. Don’t talk about other people, and don’t listen to people who talk too much. Show appreciation when people do nice things for you. Be strong. This is me pre Christmas, when I was sitting a little fitter, a little more positive, and a little healthier....then Christmas hit....well more like the festive period, which consists of about 2 weeks before it, and after it, of pure unforgivable greed!🍻🥂🍪🍰🍿🍫🕺....why do we do it right!!😭😭😭 We all let ourselves go before the festive period. We all over indulge, lose our minds a little, and forget to look after ourselves. But the good thing is we don’t have to spiral further into despair....it’s now time to stop feeling sorry for ourselves, and get off our butts!!👊👊👊👊 So where do we start, how do we go about it, and what’s best for us as individuals I hear you all ask. Well what I say is never worry about all that just yet, don’t him and ha, don’t procrastinate then end up doing nothing at all, just start.....start doing exercise (anything, just any sort of physical activity to get the body burning calories), and start eating healthier/less food so that your body begins to process of shifting all those unnecessary pounds we’ve most surely added!!😭😭😭😭😭😭 First off I’d say go to your cupboards and empty them of all the evil stuff. Next on the list get shopping for new healthy foods (try green vegetables, meats, fish, eggs, fruits, and plenty of herbs & spices to keep things interesting). Last of all think about what type of exercises you like...is it classes, weights, or both. If you’re not sure try them all to see what works for you then stick at it.....from then on in it’s easy, just stay consistent, stay focused, and over time you will see results in both your physicality & mentality!💪💪💪💪💯

⭐️FROM PUNK TO ABSOLUTE HUNK⭐️ If you work really hard for 25 days it’s amazing what you can achieve, and young Josh McDonnell (aka Are You KIDing Me Bro...HUNK MODE CLEAN ACTIVATED!!) has really proved it right here!💪💪💪 I can really relate to Josh, he reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger....smart, alright looking, and had the potential to do whatever he wanted in this life. So over the last 25 DAYS he’s cleaned up his act, out his head down, ate well, and trained really hard (might I add for far less than he thought he would, a total of three 45 minute weight training sessions per week), to sit now looking like someone that could play Zac Efron’s body double in the new Baywatch movie!!🕺🕺🕺💪I have to say I have noticed such a drastic change in both his mental & physical appearance. Josh came to me as he wanted to get his head straight, being the typical young man he liked to party like a demonic beast, and getting good nutrition was the last thing on his mind.....so he thought to himself I’m going to go to The Transformation KID to get forged from the most sought after material known to humankind....KIDTANIAN STEAL!!💪💪💪💪👊😜 Ok I know I say this a lot, but I can’t wait to see his progress in a few weeks time. Josh is a great guy, that I admire and respect, so seeing him put the head down and get such a great result has made me extremely happy. He’s become a friend, and this is only the beginning....so keep your eyes open in the future to see the full transformation as it’s going to be a wee dooooooozy!!!!!💪💪💪💪💪💯

💃COUPLES THATS TRAIN TOGETHER STAY TOGETHER🕺 ⭐️These awesome results were achieved training with me 1 time per week for 45 minutes. They followed an eating plan that contained all the food groups (including carbohydrates), and was allowed to have some of the naughtier foods each week....a perfect example that you can achieve greatness without having to eat only chicken & broccoli⭐️ This awesome pair came to me for 8 weeks to get healthy the right way. Sarah Creelin (aka KID Kick It!!👊👊👊💃), and her man Mark (aka KID Cheshire Cat....check out that smile!!😄😁😆) both felt that they had reached a point in their lives where they wanted to make some long term beneficial health changes!💪💪💪💪 These guys hadn’t trained before, so they wanted to make sure when they started that they were doing everything the right way, so I’m glad they chose me as I was willing and able to help them achieve what they wanted.
