Three black Bmws in a row in today ✅E46 320d 150 bhp stage 1 remap to 203 bhp with +68nm torque. ✅E60 525 d 177 bhp Stage 1 remap to 230 bhp +93 nm torque. ✅ E90 320d 163 bhp stage 1 remap to 212 bhp and +84 nm.
We had two 2016 ST focus 2.0 TDCI Diesels in this week for mapping. We are continually developing these and are seeing a max bhp of 220 bhp and an extra 90 nm of torque. These are one of the best handling 2 litre diesels out there.
2011 Insignia 2,0 Cdti 160 bhp This Car came into us as the owner was concerned about a mobile remap the previous owner had installed. We were able to double the previous 20bhp gain to a completely safe 40 bhp gain, with a 40 bhp gain over the previous map at 3500rpm.
Bmw 116d 2014 model 115 bhp stock with stage 1 upgrade to 200bhp. These are a detuned version of the 120d engine so gains are massive with over 150 nm of torque increase over stock and power extended from 3500rpm peak to 4000 rpm.
VW Jetta 1.6 tdi with stage 1 custom map from a standard measured 105 bhp to 150 bhp. Takes a few custom adjustments to see this level of power as generic remaps rarely make more than 130 bhp. We can now remap all 1.6 tdi engines from 2010 onwards via the OBD port without the need to open or remove the ecu .
2015 Vw Golf GTI 2.0 tsi. 220 bhp stock , Stage 1 remap to 303 bhp with 100nm + Mapping available switchable on eco as stock and normal and race tuned. Mild anti lag map now released to help keep the turbo spinning off throttle both for Gti mk7 and Golf R.
2017 Amarok 3.0 tdi in for custom remap with our Dealer in Australia. These are 204 bhp stock and with our stage 2 upgrade produced just over 258 bhp at the wheels or about 310bhp at the flywheel.
Now tuning via OBD all latest 2.0 and 2.2 Ford Transits, Rangers and Citroen Relay with 2.2 Ford Engines and Siemens SID208, 209 and 211 Ecu's without the need to remove or open the ecu.
2007 Seat Leon 1.9 tdi Pd stage 3 upgrade from 105 to 190bhp with bolt on Garrett turbo with billet wheel ,remapping. Milltek Downpipe Stock injectors.
2017 Vw Caddy 2.0 tdi Cr 102 bhp stock . stage 1 upgrade to 176 bhp. + 70 lbft torque. The latest 75 bhp, 102 and 150 bhp engines share basically the same engine . Up to 195 safe bhp is available.
Ford Focus ST 2.0 Ecoboost stage 1 upgrade. Stock. Tuned. Power 250 hp , 290 hp + 40 hp Torque 360 Nm, 450 Nm + 90 Nm
