BABY MASSAGE 5 WEEK COURSE STARTING 17TH APRIL 2018 - 10am Join us at Evolution Gym in Bedlington in our own private room to learn baby massage for you and your little one. Building a full body routine over the 5 weeks, the course is designed to build your confidence in baby massage and leave you with a full routine you can use at home. As well as all of the benefits shown below, baby massage is an amazing bonding tool for parent and baby. 5 week course of 1 hour sessions followed by coffee (and cake) for £40 per parent and baby. Spaces are limited, booking and payment must be made in advance. Classes suitable for babies up until they can crawl - massage learned can be used with your child for as many weeks, months or years that you wish.
Unwind Wednesday - because midweek can be all too overwhelming. STOP! Find yourself a quiet place - an empty office, your parked up car, a park bench, anywhere you can escape the daily grind. Sit down. Set a 2 minute timer on your phone or watch, sit back, press start and DO NOTHING. LITERALLY NOTHING. Concentrate on your breathing and taking deep fulfilling breaths, enjoy the exhale. Allow your mind to focus on this, and only on this. A tiny bit on "Me time" can make a huge impact. Try it.
Tuesday's "Tried and Tested" This is my NEW regular Tuesday post *woooo* As such, today I am introducing a product I am trying to see what it can do to help me. Kicking off today with CBD OIL! What's that?!? Well, legal cannabis oil. Why am I trying it? I am suffering from tendinitis/arthritic pain in my wrists and ankles, as well as an ongoing anxiety condition. What can CBD oil do?? Well, as this is a "tried and tested", I will let you know the expectations and outcomes NEXT WEEK. In the mean time, you could always Google the benefits yourself...
