FANCY SOME GOOD NEWS? First Step said they would donate £1.00 for every balloon sent flying at the recent Roecroft Family Day - we then rounded this up to £500. We also paid for the lovely donkeys which cost £360 which then raised the grand sum of £300 from the young donkey riders who really enjoyed themselves. So we are SUPER proud and pleased to donate just over £1000 to Roecroft Lower School. First Step had a great day with all the Staff, children and families at the Roecroft Family Fun Day on Saturday. The sun shone and we had a great turn out - so thank you all. We invited children to add their names to a card to enter our First Step Balloon Race and we were overwhelmed with participants. The cards ask the finder to get in touch with us so we can find out who is our winner with their balloon traveling the furthest - so stay tuned ! For every balloon we sent flying, First Step promised to donate £1 to Roecroft Lower School. We are pleased to announce we have rounded the number up and will donate an additional £500 to the school 😊 First Step also paid to have the Donkeys at the event, the children had a great time riding them, the donkeys did a grand job walking up and down all day. A great success all round and we look forward to working with you again !! Please do share our page and your photos it will be great to see them :)
