Sunday is a day of rest so if you don't feel like cooking then come to the café and we'll feed you!! Monday morning and the start of a brand new week! We always have nice fresh rolls and a good variety of fillings - Bacon, Sliced or Link Sausage, Black or White Pudding, Haggis, Potato Scones or Free Range Eggs. If you prefer then come and try one of our breakfasts, they really do keep you going for the day! As always, all food is done on the griddle and we can always poach eggs instead of frying, if you like the healthy option. Monday's Healthy Options are the Sweet Potato soup - just pure veg - and also Roast Chicken with either fresh Veg or Salad. Our healthy option for tomorrow is Poached Eggs with Grilled Bacon and Mushrooms, toast is optional. It's always hard at the start of the year. The bills are in but we're also trying to save for the future. What if someone's down on their luck though? Nairn Cares has helped a lot of people in Nairn and also here in Ardersier. Not just people on benefits though that's hard enough, but also working people who just manage to get by and no more. I've said that we'd set up a box in the café if anyone wants to help and it will be passed on to them.
