I started Evolve because I wanted to create a gym experience like no other. Our sole aim is to help as many people as possible upgrade their lives and build better bodies without the fear of being judged.  I started Evolve because I genuinely believed that people were getting short-changed by their gym experience. I wanted to create a gym that brought fitness to life, a place that was member-centric and service driven.

This is Carrie.. Carrie joined us just 4 short weeks ago. Carrie never thought she would enjoy training in a gym environment but how wrong was she! 😃 Here’s what Carrie has to say! 🎤👏🏻 “My biggest fears where that I wouldn’t fit in that I was going to be judged, everyone would be staring & that I would feel embarrassed & awkward because I didn’t have a clue what I should be doing as I’ve never done any form of exercise before ever, never mind taking the massive step & joining evolve! In reality joining evolve was nothing like what I’d created in my head lol.. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful & supportive. There’s an upbeat vibe here I love it! I felt awful before evolve, I lacked energy, enthusiasm, motivation. I know I’m only a few weeks in but I feel really positive & I feel so happy after I’ve done a session So in the 4weeks I’ve lost 5kgs. I’ve met absolutely genuine lovely girls here & enjoy all our workouts together. So I suppose that is an achievement for me leaving the house, meeting new people & holding down a conversation. I would absolutely 100% recommend Evolve. Before Evolve Darren’s biggest fears joining were that it wouldn’t be suitable for Him, that he won’t be able to keep at it, and that it would be something else that he’d try and give up... Here’s what Darren had to say.... 🎤😮 👉 “It was actually was fun, a room full of humans ie everyday people not there to flex and make themselves feel good in all the wrong ways. Although we generally do the same routines it felt bespoke and helped me individually never felt too sore the days after etc. 👉 I was then never too tired the next day, a problem I have at times anyway. Issues slowly disappeared such as the dizziness getting up quick that i’ll admit I had in the shed had gone by Christmas, tired legs vanished, it’s been noticed I’m trimmer and hold myself much better and this is all while heading through late 40s.. 💪 I now feel stronger, could hike all day every day, core - can hold that forever even with my little friend (Sydney Stoma 😮) 👉 Also I had given up trying to launch into a sprint, the fact that i have turned the achievements the sprinting put miles back in my legs and better body shape! 🏋🏻‍♂️ I can deadlift 100kg, squat 86kg. The bar alone felt heavy only a few months ago. I’ve lost half stone but body weight wasn’t a huge issue. Things like single arm ring pulls - know I couldn’t have done 1 last November. 🙌🏻 I would totally recommend Evolve! You can’t see the difference until you turn up and give it a go!” 🙌🏻 - Darren

Another incredible week with outstanding results from our members giving it 💯 again! 🙌🏻 👏🏻 Lauren, Mark, Aaron, Jodie, Danika, Paul, Jacinta all smashed their PB’s on their squats! 🏋️‍♀️ 👏🏻 Kerry has lost 5lbs and down 11 inches 🙀 👏🏻 Sue, Ruth, Lauren, Barbara, Zoe & Stacey smashed their PB’s on their bench press! 💪 👏🏻 Jess squatted an incredible 94kg! 👏🏻 Mark is our new leader on our Usain Bolt challenge! 🏃‍♂️ 👏🏻 Paul smashed a 160kg deadlift! And Stacey trained EVERYDAY this week TWICE a day 😱😱🙌🏻🙌🏻 Also our March madness challenge is now over!
