New customer Jasper the Beagle. 2 years old first time with a groomer, after spending extra time with him today he left happy & all his nails done, something his owners have struggled with. Well done Jasper you were a star 🌟🐶🐾🌟

Polite notice to all those I make appointments for. I understand sometimes circumstances can change & appointments can be missed or forgotten, but please can you inform me asap if you cannot attend an appointment. This way I can refill the slot & rearrange yours to a more convenient time. Prior to appointments I prepare my groom room, base my day around appointments & have an idea of my income that week. This is my job & not a hobby, as much as I love what I do. From today I will no longer be booking in people that continue to not show for appointments.... I hope you all understand & continue to support small businesses. And a big thank you & appreciation to those that do keep your appointments 🐶🐾
