Peaberry Coffee Roasting Company specializes in the roasting of high quality Arabica coffee beans sourced from around the world to create mouth watering, refreshing and taste busting coffees.
Our name is taken from the Peaberry coffee bean.
Normally the fruit ("cherry") of the coffee plant contains two kidney shapes seeds or “beans", but sometimes only one of the two seeds is fertilized, and a single seed develops. This oval, or pea shaped bean, is known as a Peaberry. Typically around 5% of all coffee beans harvested are of this form. Connoisseurs believe these beans taste noticeably sweeter and more flavorful than conventional beans.
The Peaberry Coffee Roast Master, carefully selects beans from the best coffee plantations around the world, our coffees can be produced from either a single origin or a combination of beans. It will come as no surprise that all of our coffees contain Peaberry beans. With the chosen beans a unique roasting profile is then developed to ensure we produce our distinctive and vibrant tasting coffee.
Whatever your taste you can be assured that our coffee is freshly hand roasted in our environmentally friendly state-of-the-art Roastery in Andover, Hampshire to provide you with the finest quality coffee with a unique fresh taste.
