Amateur theatre company producing plays and musicals throughout the year in a variety of venues in Herts and Bucks. Equus was founded by Andrew Faber and Fiona Quilter-Wood who between them have over 70 years' involvement with the performing arts.  Andy's experience ranges from acting, directing, stage-managing, fight-directing and producing plays and musicals for adults and children  As a professional voice-over artist he specialises in cartoon and novelty characters.  Fiona trained as a dancer and actor at the Arts Educational School in Tring.  Her first professional performance was with Festival Ballet when she was 11.  Fiona has been Head of Drama and Dance in Schools for the last 18 years and also teaches Drama privately.  She has produced, directed and choreographed countless shows over the years and has a particular passion for musicals.    Both Andy and Fiona perform regularly in a variety of local venues.  Their aim with Equus is to create a company that produces quality theatre without any of the associated dramas!  As this is not a committee based society, and membership is not required, auditions will be open to all.  Andy and Fiona very much hope that you will become part of Equus as a performer, member of one of our crews or as a member of our audience.
