The present proprietors are Steven Ballard and Lee Palmer, who have been in the butchering trade for many years, accompanied by a well-trained, friendly team where no request is too much trouble - all are happy to help.
Our butchers offer consistent, friendly and knowledgable service, where customers seeking advice are always welcome. We will always do our best to give suggestions and ideas, whether it be dinner for two or a family feast.
