Aldington Village Hall committee would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who made the Christmas Fayre such a huge success on Saturday. From the stallholders, raffle prize donations & volunteers to the many visitors we welcomed, it was a truly lovely day! Join us at Aldington Village Hall for a fabulous afternoon of Christmas treats. We have a hall packed full of stalls selling gorgeous gifts, crafts, cakes, tombolas and so much more. Come along and enjoy a cup of mulled wine and a delicious cake while you shop for those unique presents. We also have some amazing raffle prizes this year so don't miss out! All proceeds go towards the upkeep of the village hall, please come along and support us.

IMPORTANT NOTICE We would like to draw everyone's attention to the car parking facilities at the village hall. For some time now we have provided the use of the village hall car park to parents / guardians during school drop off & pick up times. Just over a week ago, and this has also been witnessed on another occasion, one of our regular group managers was verbally abused by a parent. Every Friday we welcome a group of young people, they use the hall all day and some members have mobility issues and therefore need to bring their minibus as close to the hall as possible. This can result in some vehicles needing to wait until the bus has left (at around 3.40pm) because the space in the car park is restricted. If you are needing to leave promptly after pick up, we would suggest you park elsewhere. We would like to remind all parents that use of the hall car park by anyone other than those hiring the hall is a privilege, not a right and that verbally abusing anyone using the hall is completely unacceptable. We would hope that there will not be any further incidents but will not hesitate to remove access to all parent / guardian parking if this continues to happen. Thank you for your cooperation. Kaleidoscope childcare is a fantastic pre-school based in Aldington Primary School grounds. They are usually fully booked, but have a few spaces available at the moment so get in there quick!
