Charity Cross-trainer Challenge! 3 of our fantastic members are aiming to burn 10,000 calories each on our cross-trainers.... without stopping. The challenge will see Michelle, James and Mark work tirelessly, non stop, for approximately 7- 10 hours! The charity event will take place on Tuesday the 19th December and any money raised will go to St Andrews Hospice so any sponsorship will be greatly appreciated. We’ve already raised over £500 via our sponsor sheet at reception. Feel free to pop by throughout the day to cheer them on!
