WTC Abu Dhabi is a welcome addition to the nearly 330 World Trade Centers located in 100 countries around the world, which share the common purpose of facilitating and developing two-way international trade and business.
Designed by world-renowned architects Foster & Partners, WTC Abu Dhabi’s central location, state-of-the-art facilities and ultra-modern amenities will benefit businesses, Abu Dhabi residents and UAE visitors.
A fully integrated mixed-use development comprised of offices tower, residences tower, mall, souk and hotel Courtyard by Marriott, the site of WTC holds a special place in the capital's history as the location of the old Central Market – a 12-acre single-storey market that was the centre of all business and trading in the growing city.
يعدّ المركز العالمي التجاري أبوظبي إضافةً بارزةً لأفق أبوظبي المتألق، حيث يبعث حسّ الحياة العصرية في المنطقة التاريخية في قلب المدينة، كما يشكل إضافة مميزة إلى مجموعة المراكز التجارية العالمية البالغ عددها حوالي 330 مركزاً في 100 دولة من مختلف أنحاء العالم، والتي تتشارك كلها هدفاً رئيساً وهو تسهيل وتنمية حركة التجارة والأعمال الدولية الثنائية.
وسيضفي المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي الذي تم تصميمه من قبل شركة الهندسة المعمارية الشهيرة عالمياً، "فوستر آند بارتنرز"، المزيد من القيمة لقطاع الأعمال والإفادة لسكان أبوظبي وزوار دولة الإمارات في الوقت ذاته، وذلك بفضل كل من موقعه الحيوي في قلب المدينة، ومرافقه وملحقاته العصرية والحديثة.
ويتألف المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي من برج للمكاتب (World Trade Center Offices) وبرج سكني (World Trade Center Residences)، بالإضافة إلى مركز للتسوّق (World Trade Center Mall) وسوق مركزي (World Trade Center Souk) وفندق سيحمل علامة كورتيارد ماريوت. ويمتاز المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي بموقعه المميز، ضمن منطقة السوق المركزي القديم، وهي سوق تاريخية مؤلفة من طابق واحد تبلغ مساحته 12 هكتار، كانت تُعدّ بمثابة محور الأعمال والتجارة في المدينة.
