Chef Olivier Castella brings years of experience gained from the three Michelin-starred restaurants, working as Private Chef of world celebrity and elite Monolith Club in Moscow.  Many of our guests also know him from his appearance as the judge at the “Iron Chef” TV Program and from his dedicated work as the President for Bocuse d’Or Thailand competition frequently referred to as the culinary equivalent of the Olympic Games (24 finalist every two years) (www.bocusedor.com).

The menu of Artur features a wide range of mouthwatering dishes and culminate with gourmet specialties such Côte de Bœuf of 500 days grain fed Wagyu Beef,  French Duck a l’Orange carved table side, authentic Dover Sole, fresh Oysters from France, Pan-seared Foie Gras… as well as spectacular Martinis and one of the most extensive wine list in town.
