HaiCing Temple, the eldest Justice Bao Temple in the world, founded in 1738.
本專頁由海清宮設立, 本宮創立於1738年8月24日。 CE 1738, Lord Bao was dead more than 676 years, he went into the resident Wu-Ji’s dreamland said he will descend to SanTiaoLun in the west coast of Taiwan on 24th August, 1738.
Right the timing, Wu and group saw the true God "YenLuoTianZih" (YEN-LO-WANG) tablet comes on a small boat. they founded a small building as a temple in the sea side, named "SenLuoDian", the temple name was changed as “HaiCing Temple” after CE 1915.
YenLuoTianZih, also known as BAO-GONG, BAO-YAN-LUO, YAN-LUO-WANG, YEN-WANG-YEH, YEN-LO-WANG, the Deity of Death and Lord of the Fifth Floor of Hell.
He is BaoCheng (999–1062), commonly known as BaoGong (Lord Bao), was a government officer during the reign of Emperor Renzong in ancient Sung(Song) Dynasty.
During his twenty five years in civil service, Bao consistently demonstrated extreme honesty and uprightness, with actions such as sentencing his own uncle, impeaching an uncle of Emperor Renzong's favourite concubine and punishing powerful families.
His appointment from 1057 to 1058 as the prefect of Sung(Song) capital KaiFeng, where he initiated a number of changes to better hear the grievances of the people, made him a legendary and famous figure, nicknamed "Clear Sky Bao" (BaoCingTian).

1933年 重新肇建於現址位址

1945年 擴其規模，再行改建
1965年 再行整修
1972年 美化廟庭闢建海清公園、完成香客大樓、起建鐘鼓大樓
1979年 增建完成第二棟香客大樓
1981年 起建育樂中心
1981年 大興後殿，供奉地藏王菩薩
1986年 後殿竣工
1993年 海清宮建築主體擴大重建計畫(農曆五月初八日午時)
2008年 重建計畫完工
2009年 農曆農曆十月初八日，入火安座，舉辦入火安座五朝清醮大典
2012年 入火安座三週年, 農曆十月初八日，舉辦三週年圓醮大典
