2017 3 月 2 日 MGTC 196th meeting MGTC symphony #1 tea Conductor Samantha introduced the theme “Tea”by: If you feel cold, drink tea, if you feel heated, drink tea, if you feel depressed, drink tea, if you feel excited, drink tea. After 4 cups of tea, we started to enjoy story telling. Michelle gave her ice breaker with a easy light voice Nelson shared his touching memory “100 days in Beijin with soft moving tone. Sundi recalled her moments of love between 2 sisters with plain simple voice. At the end of the session Lina portrayed 2 stories between families with slow, soft and moving tone. Evaluator Lily provided experienced tips to contestant Sundi with faster speed. She showed the different effect of tempo. At the close comment conductor brought tea theme back again. She concluded with “4 UP”, tea warm you up, cool you up, cheer you up and calm you up. What a unique feeling. To attend the meeting is like going to concert hall, We enjoyed a wonderful performance of symphony orchestral .

Toastmasters club is a great place to learn and share. Our members all love to share,to share jokes and life experience. Under the smooth leading of Agnis we had a wonderful meeting. Joke master and 5 members shared fun jokes.4 speakers delivered great speeches. 1. Bob, A8, "Never Too Late to Learn". 2. James, 6C5, " Enjoy Applause when success, Enjoy Life When Failure". 3. Susan, A27," HEALTH" 4. Neslon, A24, " Who Killed Brother Wang". Although topics are different, all are about life. Very inspiring! TT master Amy did a great job to let members talk comfortably. All questions are educational. Samantha demonstrated a best GE conduction and evaluation.Brought up all the best part of everyone. No one was missed. Very encouraging! 2 new members, Patricia and Michelle, joined us today.
179th meeting May 5th, 2016
What a special meeting after 2016 Spring Conference. We were lucky to have with most strong , handsome and single fellow member Game Liao with us. He gave us a 20 minutes table topic training section in 3 languages. Although 12 members and i guest joined the meeting, we had 7 jokes sharing and 2 wonderful speeches with value by Helen Liao and Susan Lin. Brian served as great toastmaster. Carol provided excellent grammarian report. Lina delivered a ah counter report humorously. James and Samantha Tu were great evaluators. Both provided constructive feedback. Nelson conducted a wonderful general evaluation session. Carol, Susan and Helen all provided great coffee and yami food. Everyone were full. Samantha, thank you for wonderful group photoes continuously. Our active member Andrew had a brain surgery in the morning. It was so exciting to receive his sharing online during the meeting. 178th meeting 2016 4 21
What a different meeting today. 12 members and a honored guest Kale Mullaney joined the meeting. Joke master Rex shared one joke about pilot. 6 members came up with funny jokes.Laughter never stop. Kale and Andrew delivered C10 speeches. Both were very inspiring. Title, one was " What Now ( from What IF)?, the other was "# Follow Your Heart". Nelson brought new session " Variety Session". He performed a magic of number 1089 and sang an touching old song. Although only 13 members showed up, we all had a great time. See you in Grand Hotel Taipei 2016 Spring Conference.
174th meeting
1st meeting of Monkey year. Very successful. 3 wonderful speeches. All speakers are well prepared. Sundi was the acting president again. Tina conducted the meeting in humorous way.Andrew was a funny timer. They both brought laughter. Happy Monkey Year!
173th meeting February 4, 2016
What a cheerful last meeting before before Lunar New Year. Although only 12 members attended the meeting, nothing was missed. 3 wonderful speeches from Brian, Bruce and Estala. We ended on time.
