【Departure】今天我在公司帶的第一個新人離職了，雖然好像沒有很意外，可是讓我意外的是離職原因寫上斗大的「主管自我意識太強」幾個字，我還真的有點受傷。在我的認知中，進入一個新的環境，學習融入、學習大家的經驗是很天經地義的事。雖然有工作經驗， 但還是個新人，既然沒能用對方法為公司做對的事，身為前輩我也會義不容辭帶領你走捷徑快速進入狀況。職場上我想應該不分年齡經驗，我很認真看待我的工作，我也會很認真看待新人的表現，糾正應用不是展現自我意識，而是我希望把公司的文化及觀念灌輸，讓新進的人員能為公司有所貢獻。如果這樣都叫自我意識太強，我真的不知道要怎麼反省自己了。#dailywork #Dimotiv #researchdevelopment
