To many, eating healthy is an aspiration but it’s not as simple as it sounds. In fact, it’s very difficult to achieve on a regular basis. Trust us, we’ve been there. Eating out, although often times unhealthy, is simply easier. We at Oomph believe you deserve better, which is why we have made it our mission to make “being healthy” easy, convenient, and fun!
Over the past couple of years, the west has witnessed a cold-pressed juicing phenomenon and now its here in Taiwan-your own backyard! Cold-pressed juice is the new coffee.
