What a beautiful hike from the mountain of Zurich "Üetliberg" to Felsenegg and back to Zurich with the gondola. A great view and a beautiful farm shop in the middle of the 1h and 30 minutes hike. Definitely worth for a day trip.

Wir freuen uns sehr, Ihnen mit diesem exklusiven Anlass den Start zu den Toro Nights 2017 präsentieren zu dürfen. Sie erwartet ein Abend der in dieser Form in der Schweiz einzigartig ist. Dies ist gleichzeitig der Startschuss zu den wöchentlichen Toro Nights 2017, an denen wir mittwochs unsere Gäste mit Toro Variationen vom frisch angelieferten Thunfisch verwöhnen werden. Das Restaurant Metropol serviert am Mittwoch 8. März 2017 einen fangfrischen Thunfisch. Dieser wird direkt vor den anwesenden Gästen durch einen japanischen Fisch-Fileteur zerlegt und anschliessend in einem delikaten, mehrgängigen Menu zum Genuss gereicht. Speziell zu erwähnen ist das marmorierte Toro Stück vom Bauchlappen, welches eine herausragende Qualität aufweist und man zu den besten kulinarischen Geschmackserlebnissen überhaupt zählt. Zu jedem Gang werden erstklassige Crus von Champagne Deutz kredenzt, unter anderem einen mit Höchstpunktzahlen prämierten 2006 Amour de Deutz Rosé. Die ausgezeichnete Champagnerbegleitung rundet diesen Abend nicht nur ab, sondern setzt Ihm die Krone auf. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Balfego wird das Tier am Morgen des Events eingeflogen und am selben Tag frisch verarbeitet.
