In the last few weeks it went pretty fast: Our third project for the children of the coffee farmers - school meals - is also fully financed. In our blog you can find photos and stories of munching children :) Now we'll all have to drink a lot of coffee: For the second round of each of our three projects (deworming, eye tests with treatment and school meals) we still need a total of 7449 packages of coffee! Welchen Einfluss haben verschiedene Brühmethoden auf den Kaffeegenuss bei derselben Kaffeeröstung (Nespressomaschine, Espressomaschine und Bialetti)? Was passiert beim Kaffeekochen überhaupt? Was ist der Unterschied zwischen traditionell und industriell geröstetem Kaffee? Und wie genau funktioniert eigentlich Rösten? Was sind die Unterschiede von Blend mit Robusta und 100% Arabica? Warum werden Mischungen hergestellt? Wie unterscheiden sich die Kaffees aus verschiedenen Regionen? Terrain, Anbauhöhe und Verarbeitungsmethoden spielen eine grosse Rolle.
