Our non-profit charity is dedicated to educating children in South Sudan. We seek to raise awareness and support for education and literacy programs. Devoted skiers, the two brothers aim to raise awareness and support for education in South Sudan and Chicago, Illinois through a series of ski events that will raise support for Project Education South Sudan, a charitable organization that was created in response to the destruction and unrest created by war between northern and South Sudan, and By The Hand, a Chicago-based after-school program that emphasizes academic excellence while nurturing the whole child—mind, body and soul. The brothers’ mission is to foster tolerance and academic achievement among some of the world’s most disadvantaged children and teenagers through the sport of skiing. The ski tournaments will take place at Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz, a boarding school set in the midst of an alpine landscape in Switzerland.
