Using its innovative technology, the entire insect can be processed into a variety of industrial grade food products in order to meet different customer needs at qualities that are comparable with existing protein-rich foods.

EntoLog entwickelte eine neue Extraktionsmethode, mit welcher Proteine und andere wertbestimmende Inhaltsstoffe aus Insekten isoliert und je nach Bedarf gezielt weiterverwendet werden können. Dank dieser innovativen Technologie werden alle Insektenbestandteile effizient genutzt und die daraus entstehenden Produkte sind qualitativ vergleichbar mit existierenden proteinbasierten Lebensmittelprodukten.
