#Smoothie at work @hammertime.ch Some people say that smoothies are not as helathy as they seem because of the amounts of #sugar they contain. Well let me tell you my opinion: #fruits and #berries do contain many #healthy #vitamins, #fibre and #antioxidants which are important and good for you. And yes. They do contain sugar. Some people (and I even heard of doctors saying this) claim this can cause health problems to the liver. They say that smoothies are too much for your liver to handle because it is simply too much sugar in a very short time. However it seems to be something that hasn't been proven so far. Correct me if I'm wrong please, but as far as I see it the real problems come if you combine too many fruits with too many sugary unnatural foods like #soda, #sweets and #fastfood. So don't blame fruit. Blame the artificial stuff! Feel free to comment I'm curious what you guys think!

Let's talk about #incontinence! Because honestly, who ever does? Us #girls and #women can really struggle with this issue it can just be there for no apperant reason, even if you're really ripped and active it can become a problem. #Pregnancy and having a baby can make it worse. But you don't have to put up with this. I've worked with many women having this issue and I can honestly say there's something you can do about it. It's about training those #pelvicfloormuscles . The ones you barely reach if you don't know how. This is why a woman can be totally lean and healthy on the outside but still struggle with #stressincontinence or incontinence for example while #ropeskipping or while on a #trampoline, during #running or just when she #coughs or #laughs . I've seen various women with this condition and the worst thing you can do is just to put up with it and accept it. It doesn't have to be this way! Don't stop yourself from doing what you love and please DON'T BE EMBARRESSED ABOUT IT! It happens to so many women out there but you might think you're alone because no one likes to share this information about themselves.
