Ernst Schöni, great grandfather of the actual entreneur, founded his company 1920 and started production of sauerkraut in the cellar of his private home. In 1955, he was the first to make health food according to the guidelines of Dr. Hans Müller. Ever since, the company built up a good standing in the Swiss market, known for innovation and sustainability.
