Meine eigene Yogapraxis, sowie stetige Aus- & Weiterbildungen inspirieren mich für die Yogastunden. Dabei verbinde ich fliessende Bewegungen mit dem Rhythmus des Atems, welcher uns wie das Wasser in verschiedene Formen bringen kann. Die Elemente Feuer, Erde und Luft sind Teil des Ganzen.
