Ranch Yoga Retreat – Put Your SELF Back Together

Are you traumatized? On edge? Burning out? Suffer from PTSD or anxiety….? …..then come to our grounding and healing yoga, “somatic experience” and horsewhispering workshop on May 21st to get to the bottom of the mental and physical concerns. Divorce, job loss, death of family member, accidents, abuse or other traumatic incidents can change our psyche. Everyone has a different tolerance to deal with trauma, yet once the limits are exceeded, mental and physical symptoms (anxiety, phobias, depression, burnout, PTSD and so forth) ensue. In this workshop, you will learn an alternative view on trauma, how to potentially address the root cause and reduce related symptoms. You will immerse in anti-trauma yoga/pranayama (breathwork), introduction and practice of “somatic experience” and get info on target nutritional supplementation to rebuild the bodily and mental system from within. This is followed by a lesson in horsemanship, which further imparts importance of a chill mindset, boundary setting and leadership skills, crucial skills when feeling lost in trauma and stress.
