The Paleo diet is not a calorie restrictive diet trend like so many others which has come before it. It does not promote low fat or boring restrictive vegetable based foods. The Paleo diet will draw in customers by altering their flawed perception of what a healthy diet is; which is to eat more meat and fat balanced by fresh vegetables and fruits.
