Swim with Loolaba

Dear triathletes, starting from January 9th we will meet at 6:30 am at the swimming pool in Allmend to swim together. As soon as the group is big enough we will try to organize a course with a coach. Until then, Loolaba will prepare a basic schedule for you, depending on your goals for 2017. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! The following tools would be very helpful for training: - paddles; - pull buoy; - fins; - kickboard. If you don't have them you might be able to borrow them at the swimming pool... LoolabRUNch

Dear Loolabas, we are going to start a new series of events: the LoolabRUNch. How it works: we meet at the shop on Saturday at 9am. You can use the changing room and leave a backpack in the shop if you want. As soon as everyone is ready we go for an easy jogging between Kriens and Lucerne. After the jogging we come back to the shop for a brunch. Loolaba is going to offer some snacks and drinks but you are more than welcome to bring something to share with the other runners.
