Tennis 3.0 - Growing the game of tennis
Description
Tennis 3.0 is body-friendly efficient modern tennis game enabling further growth at every age & level and is the foundation of the top world-class game! "TENNIS 3.0 - Growing the game of tennis"
is an educational and promotional initiative to bring new players of all ages to tennis, which itself is an ideal family (multi-generational) sport/activity.
TENNIS 3.0 is a description developed by Dr. MGB for today's top level tennis, whereas Tennis 1.0 is the old-style tennis played with wooden racket, Tennis 2.0 goes as description for the game using modern composite rackets, but dominated to high degree by arm/forearm playing activity and TENNIS 3.0 stands for tennis being played with modern rackets and efficient full-body engagement in majority of the strokes. This is the way, how today's most dominant world-class players are mostly playing. TENNIS 3.0 also wants to philosophically connect to the current 3.0 technology standard in many areas.
Tennis instruction for TENNIS 3.0 is based on Dynamic Total Body Tennis (DTBT) tennis learning and training system developed and constantly updated by Dr. MGB, which uses "3 Step Tennis Stroke Regulation System" - where 1st step is the creation of the optimal space for the stroke, 2nd step is the regulation by the arm/forearm activity, which should be used mostly in emergency only and 3rd step is the so called "invisible technique" aka adjustment of the muscle engagement level and principles of "Last 20% Decide It All"
TENNIS 3.0 and DTBT are sustainable systems, using the same body engagement principles, which are being used by the top players at every level and thus giving to each participant good possibility for practically unlimited further development (=upwards open system), which we consider as essential for the growth of tennis as a sport.
In the world-class tennis of today, the degree of TENNIS 3.0 fulfillment is practically the decisive point determining ones chances of success.
