Simply doing work faster is not the solution, but ends in burnout and some of us start to question why we are doing all of that.
So more and more important than how fast you are going, is where you're headed.It's a matter of what you do and why you it than how fast you can get it done. Don't we all love quick fixes and shortcuts. However, quality of life cannot be achieved by taking one of those.
After many years feeling and seeing the pain in corporates and generally a lot of work places, Claudia decided to start "The Better Workplace" which offers help, advice and online courses to sustainably achieving what you really want....and getting to the stage of loving what you do and doing what you love.
