Catia & David Workshop: Recycling Energy

While dancing with your partner you continuously receive or give direction and motion. This energy has a flow and rhythm. You can, both as a leader and a follower, consciously change the direction and flow to create something new. David & Cátia (Portugal) will introduce how to borrow energy from your partner and to use it for your own dancing without stopping the flow. In this fun workshop, we'll also explore how much more we can take out of each dance when we participate as equal team members.
