Visit our website to learn more about the services we offer! Health, wellbeing and fitness have always been priorities for me. Back in the time of my teens, there were not many information about conducting a healthy life style. No one was telling us to walk the stairs instead of using a lift, to jump out of the bus one or two stops before reaching destination, to eat plenty of fibers or to avoid foods with too much salt and sweets. However, those healthy habits were innate for me. There was no day were I did not dedicate some time to myself either practicing sport, going for a walk or avoiding unbalanced food. So, throughout the years gaining more and more consciousness and responsibility, I have transformed those values in my lifestyle.

I later decided to start a career in science. I firstly studied pharmaceutical sciences; after, I completed a PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology and Public Health (University of Queensland, Brisbane – Australia) and I worked for large corporations such as Novartis and Johnson & Johnson mainly in epidemiology and drug safety. However, my real passion was always whispering in the background. I wanted to further develop my knowledge in nutrition and health, but also to transfer my experience to others helping people to get into healthier habits. So after several years working for big companies, I have decided to finally take the step and bring my philosophy into my professional life. I left the corporate world and went back to university for a full time Master of Advance studies in Nutrition and Health (ETH, Zurich).


Now, I coach people that want to switch to a healthier life styles and integrate into their lives wellbeing and fitness

Many studies now confirm that plans for the control of food intake are likely to fail.
