Dear Dancers, This is a new offer for you! As a yoga and dance teacher, I’m combining the best of both worlds and give you what you need for your own physical (and mental) development. My classes are all about a good workout, strong beats and a lot of fun! Combining elements of Contemporary and Urban Dance, this new Urban Contemporary class will introduce you to a new form of movement. Most of all working on choreographies and smaller combos, you will dance to a broader range of music. The beginning of the classes will include elements of Vinyasa Yoga and strength training to get you warm and stretched. Classes are for beginners to medium-advanced people. I am very excited to teach you new techniques, steps and movements and to help you explore your skills and passion.
