International art auctions in Basel. Paintings, drawings&sculptures by various artists of different periods. Next auction: 21 June 2017 At the beginning of 2011, Nicolas Beurret and Emmanuel Bailly founded the auction house Beurret & Bailly Auktionen in Basel. Thus the city on the Rhine, famous for its distinguished museums and its internationally renowned galleries, launched its first auction house that specialises in fine art. Every year, important international events such as Art Basel attract numerous art lovers and collectors and that makes the city the perfect place for a young and dynamic company.
Beurret & Bailly Auktionen specialises in the sale of paintings, works on paper and sculpture by various artists and from different periods. In addition to Swiss art, it also provides a platform for international art. The aim however is not to draw attention to a mere mass of objects, but to offer objects of high artistic, cultural and aesthetic value to the public. Once a year, coinciding with Art Basel, the works of art come up for auction.
